The Oswego Valley Fiddlers' Asscoiation (OVFA) is comprised of a talented group of musicians who have a long history with the NYSOTFA.  They practice regularly and hold a jam session every Tuesday in Fulton, NY.  Generally speaking, the OVFA area covers the greater Oswego, NY vicinity and surrounding areas including portions of Cayuga, Onondaga, Oswego, Lewis and Jefferson Counties.
